Isn't will and focus and faith the secret to
everything?

Faith becomes understanding. Will becomes the power
behind our words. Focus is the essence of such a life
in practice--in learning (and living in the moment as
you and others have told me so often, Albert).

I had a horrible day, but it was perfectly horrible:
now I am a different person, and better. No clouds,
