Hi ya,

I've only had experiences with "the void" three times. In each of these
everything around me - everything that I was conscious of including my
sense of self on a physical level and beyond - merged into one. So I would
define the void as the embracing of two polarities. While you have entered
into a state of "nothing" it is also a state of everything.

I'd also like to say that it was very frightening! My biggest fear was how
to come back. I tend to be guided there so I have to trust the fact that I
ll be guided back. But unlike you Marion I wasn't lonely. I was profoundly
peaceful. In fact it was a state that brought on an incredibly deep level of
healing at a time when I needed it the most.
