Subject: [K-list] Emotional clearing + cold symtpoms

Hey list

The past 2 months or so I have experienced a very clear connection between
karmic/emotional release and cold symptoms that follow. Earlier in the
summer, I had a big one. It was short this fall, but had a more obvious
connection. First a few days with very intense emotional turmoil, release
and surrender, then at the end of that, always a stuffy nose, sneezing,
almost an allergic feeling.

Today I noticed it on a much more short term basis. Yesterday and today I
felt a lot of inner emotions and tensions come up to be processed. It was
easier than the previous times. Only hours after that subsided, I started
sneezing again, and my nose started stuffing up a little bit, and the throat
felt dry, too. (Much like the onset of a cold or allergy)

Obviously I already understand what it is, but I am more curious as of how
it works, and if anyone else recognizes it, too? It seems that when
something clears out through emotional, mental and etheric body, the
physical body also responds, and the more resistance, or the more intense
the need to release, the tougher the symptoms. (I also heard about other
people getting skin rashes and stuff like that) Since the release sessions
last summer and fall, it is less severe lately, once Goddess showed me a
less resistant attitude towards it. =)
