Andre and Shawn,

I was led to a merkaba meditation during my K awakening and had no adverse
reactions. It helped me gain balance and great insights and revelation.
However, I always performed it within the sacred circle, while grounded and
only when I felt led to do so -- maybe once every three or four months.

I found this merkaba meditation about a year ago and I had remarkable
results. All of my "toning" sessions have enlightening and balancing, but
this one took me to a higher level. See what you think. It may not be for
everyone, but if you are into visual meditations, this is an excellent
choice.
