Subject: [K-list] headaches...anyone else?

After some pretty intense energetic shifts about 10 days ago, I have been
grounded to a pretty humble state where I don't feel that well. For the last
3 days I have been dealing especially with headaches, which I am not used to
at all. I rarely ever get headaches, but I am even losing sleep over them.
They move around all over (behind my eyes, in front, in back, pulsating). I
am drinking more and more water, but dehydration is not the cause. Just
wanted to know if anyone is experiencing similar processes or if it's just
as simple as a brief period of illness. My digestion has been unusually
upset as well. Just some thoughts...
