Thank you Susan, for sharing your experiences and words. Yes. It absolutely
was adrenal exhaustion that occurred 14 years ago in l990. And throughout
all these years I have been replenishing the adrenals and rebuilding yin.
Some of the things you have mentioned have been the life style during the
90's all leading toward whatever balance and stillness I experience now. Now
I am able to be. simply to be. And I do only what each moment is in front
of me needing to be done. I live a life of utter simplicity, beauty and
stillness of nothingness. Truly a priviledged existence, even to be able to
sit here and write about it.

It is a fine line, however, the fire of kundalini and not called the
razor's edge for nothing.

I'm going today to get my acupuncture needles. Chinese medicine, foremost
among other things, saved my life.

  blessings and love, Deesutra
