Subject: [K-list] Cold energy rising

Last weekend I spent most of the time by doing yoga and meditation during a
training. During an active meditation called Sat Kriya I had a new
experience which felt like cold energy rising. It started while pulling the
locks with my breath out and it moved from my sacrum to my head. But it was
not hot energy. To my surprise it was a nice slow wave of cold, brilliant
sparkling icecream that crawled from my tailbone up to my neck and, while
going up, to the sides of my back.
I never had a warm/hot rising of energy. In the months before, I did have
sensations of trembling, vibrating energy rising upward and manifesting most
intensive on the ends like fingers, lips, tongue, nose, sides of my head
(prana energy?). This time it did not go to the ends but was mostly
manifesting around the spine. It was a new experience to me and very
refreshing, especially after this breath intensive excercise. I wonder if
anyone here has had a similar experience and can tell me more about this.
