My God Guy:

What a letter! What an experience! It caused me to realize that I never
considered that about 8 of the 11 years I was with Rajneesh might have been
years of kundalini.

Those were years in which I was absolutely FULL of energy. I would be
physical from 6 am in morning till midnight, most days. 2 hours of yoga per
day followed by an hour and half of Jane Fonda workout then dynamic
meditation (Osho's-a lot of jumping and hollering and breathing and dancing--
not for wimps) and then later in the day after breakfast, running, swimming
and steam and sauna 6 days a week, doing psychic readings, having lots of
rebirthing sessions done on me, weight lifting and jazz dance classes between
2 and 4 times a week and then vigorous dancing with other sannyasins most
nights, also kundalini meditation (a lot of shaking and dancing and then some
silent sitting).

During this time I was still raising my 4 children, who were mostly older
teens and travelling a lot to psychic fairs by plane, staying in hotels and
reading up to 14 people a day.

I ended up in Australia with this travelling for about 3 years and was hit
with the disabling part of kundalini during l990, after Osho died.

I never made the connection between this activity and Kundalini til your
letter. Of course, nothing I did even approaches the extremity of your
story. Seems to me its a miracle you are alive. I feel the miraculous in my
own live.

   Thanks for your story.

    love and blessings, Deesutra
