Hi Steve and Deesutra,

The range of K is most interesting. First I ate mostly meat when my
Kundalini awakened. I only had six months of the initial experiences
meditating all night trying to make happen whatever it was that I had found
so pleasurable as my suspiction was that it was going to be one super orgasm
but then I had a incredable awakening that was indescribable at the age of
22. I was empowered by kundalini. I worked as a fisherman seven days a
week. My strength and endurence were of epic perportions. Much of this was
directed this way to burn the energy and avoid self examination. I worked
20 hours a day doing heavy physical work and partied at night. I did not
know what had happened to me until 3 years later. Physicaly I would pick up
a VW Beatle on a bet. I often would not sleep for months at a time and
suffered no adverse symptoms other then some spectacular accidents although
I did have a short bout of collitus about six months after my awakening but
it cleared up immediatly after leaving my first wife. I frequently left
port when every sane fisherman was hauling their boats to go and play in
hurricanes. On one occasion I held the helm for 36 hours strieght and
grinned the whole time with delight My ego was also huge and not knowing
any better I thought the energy and myself ego included was one and the
same. It wasn't till I met a Yoga teacher three years later that I realized
what had happened and tried my best to run from it for 15 more years. I
continued to perform feats of strength and endurence including sexual untill
my injuries forced me to live differently. At that time if I had not healed
my self emotionaly I would have somehow destroyed myself. I also must add
here that because of the physical abuse I had endured as a child I had no
emotions and no feelings believing my body was a tool and it better live up
to whatever I asked of it. An example is; I ripped my left foof off on
sept. Friday the 13th and left the hospital two days later and started to
build a 72 ft sailing ship. I took no pain meds but tied the leg up out of
my way with my belt and started framing the ship on one leg without
crutches with two young boys to lug and carry. This behaviour was extreme
and does not in any way reflect the person I have become. The paths you
describe are very similar to my wifes who only recently has shed much of the
darkness that has been her life.

Love and live
Guy
