There is hope, don't be so hard on yourself.
Forgiveness is a process. Sometimes the forgiving
comes easier than other times.
Let me introduce you to a book called "The Journey."

would be the cheapest and maybe even the fastest way to get it.
My life has not been the same since doing a journey with this process. :-)
The forgiveness process presented in this book is nothing short
of a miracle. You can go through the journey script with a friend, or
you can find a practitioner to facilitate your journey.
I recommend the book to all my clients and friends and they are having
wonderful results in healing their lives and in allowing forgiveness
to be a part of their healing.

I cannot forgive. I've tried. It sounds mean, but the words do not come out
of my mouth. Everytime I try to say "I forgive you," the energy in my throat
flares up and almost chokes me. It makes me feel a little guilty because I
ask for forgiveness all the time, but I can't give it away myself. I know
it's because there's this anger that blocks the empathy I need to relate to
whoever is asking for my forgiveness. I know all this, but I just can't seem
to DO anything about that.
