Subject: [K-list] 2nd time coming... different but still intense

Hello, this is my first post to this list. I am not one to usually speak to
others about this subject, especially over the internet. But, I know there
are other people experincing this as well.

The first rising I had was incredible! I never knew what Kundalini was until
this happened... I then started talking to people and they thought I was
nuts, but ended up finding out about Kundalini. This 2nd time was similar,
but it was extremely disorienting to the point of nausea and almost a full
blown panic attack. I was able to withdraw a bit, but between my shoulders
had a stinging that lasted for two days. My central channel was wide open
for 2 days (my spine cracks a lot when I breathe deeply) and my nasal
passages are clearer than ever... even right now.

I don't know what I am asking except a little identification with others or
a teacher's advice. My thoughts were crazy at first, but a voice is telling
me I always have a choice and that the inner Guru is the only one I need to
seek guidance from. Goddess is incredible. It responds to sound rather
quickly (toning).

The energies bring up so much fear... it is like I am losing identity and
going somewhere unkown (it scares the hell out of me). Perhaps the energy is
not rising properly, but all I know is that my head keeps cocking back and
forth and I feel as though my physical body is changing shape around my
spine.
