I was told by a Swami who trains me in Nada yoga (Kundalini yoga based on
sound) that ringing in ears and tinnitus are often signs of clearing.
Anahata is supposed to have a buzzing sound, just like that buzzing feeling
in the chest it has when it is active. That's what I know.
