No I don't think of Reiki as Shiva energy. In the Shiva Shakti
mythology, Shiva is the Presence of Consciousness. Shakti is the energy
of Consciousness. They seem to be opposing polarities and yet they are
not.They really are one of each other, two sides of the same coin.
Different manifestations of that which is. Like the yin yang symbol.
Think of Shiva energy as Masculine with the emphasis on capital M as
Shakti energy is Feminine with a capital F. They come together, merge
and become the divine androgyne, pure Self.
Shakti goes her own way as she wills, like the wind. Reiki energy is
directed by someone else's purpose.
Reiki is heavenly energy it seems, masculine oriented, purpose directed.
Shiva just is.
It is still a mystery to me. :)

Kundalini is earthly energy and Reiki is heavenly energy. Would it
therefore by correct to say that Reiki is identical with Shiva? Somehow
