I would also suggest some potassium, magnesium and calcium. All are
important for smooth muscle functioning. When I get twitches or cramping
in my muscles these always help. Magnesium sometimes can relax me so
much I get sleepy.

Good time to take is before bedtime.

Dear Ricky,

The fact that you've experienced kriyas in the middle brow makes me feel
this
is simply energy clearing.

You might start taking Vitamin B complex, though, to see if it relieves
the
twitching somewhat. Many K symptoms can be lessened by slight dietary
changes,
and muscle spasms and tics can also be partly caused by a vitamin B
deficiency.

Thanks for the clarification of the tongue thing! :))

Welcome to the K-list!

Love, Hillary
