Hi Ricky, Another way of concurring what Susan said about the tongue up to recirculate excess energy, here is another marker or proof. In case you practice tantra, specially if you are a men, you are confronted to mastering volontary ejaculation which has of course strong links with K. management flow. Well in tantra for a men (I do it many times), putting the tongue in the palate really helps not ejaculate and pressing the red button so you have cosmic orgasm, nice and helpful kriyas and less heat in the head. Hope this clarify Albert -----Message d'origine----- De : Ricky [mailto:prtamATcharter.net] Envoyé : jeudi 28 octobre 2004 10:53 À : K-listATkundalini-gateway.org Objet : [K-list] Re: Feeling like s**t Hello. I don't know if I am doing this correctly or not. I'm new here. I've been planning on introducing myself and will do that later. I just wanted to jump on this while it was on my mind. I was reading Susan's response to Feeling like s**t. This is actually a question for Susan. You mentioned the Sri Anandi Ma advises her students to keep their tongues down. I took shaktipat from Sri Anandi Ma back in 1991 and spent many years following her teachings, many retreats, etc. etc. Though after ten years of practice, I am no longer involved with the group, I am still very close to many disciples. I cannot for the life of me recall any mention of tongues up or down or any questions ever arising regarding the tongue. As a matter of fact, I just assumed the tongue goes up, because mine naturally does. Which disciple handbook are you refering to? There is none I am aware of after all these years. If you can point it out, I can certainly gain access to it and see for myself. My experience with her is that the process has been very smooth. I have never heard of anyone having severe problems in relation to kundalini until after I left the group. She has always been there for her students, even to the point that you can call her at any time should problems arise. From all of the horrible things I've heard about other organizations, I can say from my experience, she has shown any signs of being anything other than genuine. I personally left, because there were interpersonal issues between disciples who couldn't seem to let go and just be (too deep to get into now). Anyway, I'm just interested in seeing this reference as I have never been aware of it. Thank you, Ricky
