Hi,

I've reading in diagonal all the post regarding the subject of
forgivness.
Personnaly, here is what I do:
        - anger, negative emotions, forgivness issue, fear of something
are negative energy but also a powerful langage
        - either this negative polarity is detected though looking at
someone
        - either you accept that in some way, the person is giving you a
great present where it shows in fact that you should progress inside of
you regarding (I forgive myself, I hate myself, I'm angry at myself,...)
        - easy to see the saml defect in someone that admittig you have
that defect strongly wired in yourself
        - so each time I feel such waves in someone, I just put in
non-duality thanking the person or the situation THAT I ATTRACTED for
the sake of the cosmos
        - so I meditate, try to auto-psychotherapy myself looking for
the stuff IN ME that should dissolve that was triggered by outside
events
        - since inhigher planes, we are all ONE, doing something like
that with the other or in yourself works
        - just it gots faster if you have the humility to work in you an
dgo deeper
        - doing usually bring interesting changes around you related to
synchronicity
At the end, I live everyday like that, as I breath, it becomes an
automatic meditation and dissolver
