I find Walmart and the mall it is in, very draining. My sense is this is
so because of the artificial lighting, the tubed or recycled air and the
tremendous amount of the wrong ions (positive??) from all the plastics and
synthetics all of which we earthlings, me so very included, are willing to
endure for the great bargains.
I also find it a big help to slow down in the world, to walk very slowly, as
I would in my home. Rushing just ruins me inside, digestion system speeds
up and much revving inside when I do relax later.
Regarding protection from others: I don't use any. Its all God (good) For
me, I endeavor to be open enough to let life and living past through--but it
is wrong to say I endeavor---that indicates some effort. I just trust it all
runs through me, in and out. I trust in the natural ness of the process of
being in God everywhere for its all God. I don't doubt or double take this;
I guess, now that I look at it in order to write about it, it is a part of
acceptance and surrender.
And
I DO endeavor to stay away from places where the energy is overwhelming (like
walmart) and only go if it is clear that I am to go.
I find the electricity in towns , the petrol automobile fumes, the hustle
and bustle, overwhelming and driving away from towns toward more bush areas
or smaller towns, very nurturing.
I find this computer speeds me up inside, speeds up my digestion, revs me
and in general has a less than calming effect on my body. Wonder what that
does to my aura?
