Hello all,

Lately i've been suffering from a stiff neck, aching shoulders,
headaches and general tension in increased amounts.

I've found that physical exercise, in particular a gym workout
followed by steam & sauna can release a lot of this tension.

I also find a hot beanbag works miracles on a stiff neck and tense scalp.

And i'm going to explore massage although they seem to cost quite
a lot, I think a massage ever 1/2 weeks could help a lot.

But are there any other ways, techniques, I think it's some kind
of energy blockage that is causing this, but I don't know what/how.

It's starting to affect my life, and I can do either of 2 things.
Either spend the whole day groaning in pain, or do a workout and
have a somewhat liveable life. I also find that headache tablets
are having decreasing affect on the pain, it's as if the headache exists
outside
of the head.

I also find that meditation helps immensely in calming and making manageable
the
pain because then the Kundalini starts to become much more active with a
silent
mind and I start to immeduately heal, feeling Kundalini when feeling low and
in
pain is almost blissful.

I'm curious what other people's experiences are, this must be
very common problem for Kundalites.

Thanks for listening.
