Guy:

It has been some time since you posted the message about breaking your
back, ripping your foot off and breaking your neck. The part about having
another back surgery because of a fused disc has stayed with me and finally I
am able to write offering what may seem an insignificant suggestion
but.....who knows.

There are these tapes by Thomas hanna (Methinks they have something to do
with feldenkrase method) called the Myth of Aging and they are all about very
gentle and simple movements and exercises that have put together the messed
up backs of everyone I have known to use them, including me, who was crawling
around my house on the floor because of my back at one time.

They were first discovered around here by the husband of a friend of mine
who broke his back in 16 places in a skiing accident. Use of these tapes
helped him get it back together. They are called simply

Myth of Aging by Thomas Hanna--side one is extension of the back--side two
is lengthening sides and trunk rotation.

This just kept coming up for me to send to you and so...here it is for
what it may or may not be worth.

much love and blessings your way, deesutra
