are >exactly< what I've been going through, down to the smallest detail, not
knowing if I was losing my mind, dying, having Kundalini, or what. For the
past month I feel like I've been fighting for my life & sanity every day.

I took the Bach flower remedies she mentions on the "healing.html" page, and
OMG what a relief!!! I cant even tell you. I then went through Bach's "The
12 Healers" to pick out a few more that fit what has been happening, and
then got even more relief from the discomfort (energy congestion), anxiety,
inner tension, worry, doom and gloom, etc. Now theres just the expanded
consciousness, the new energies, the deepening meditations & awareness, etc.
MUCH better!

I would certainly advise anyone who is going though any kind of discomfort
associated with spiritual crisis right now to try some Bach remedies. I had
been looking for a homeopathic remedy to take, but I think that the flower
remedies operate on a higher frequency that is more appropriate to these
kinds of circumstances.
