My kundalini accelerated and allows for the more rapid completion of the
emotional processing that is ego transformation. That is what I believe
kundulini is designed to do. K is an active teacher, a manifestation of
the Transcendent, or Goddess/God itself. It is the expansion to a much
higher magnitude of the divine energy we already possess. It senses a
willingness and readiness to experience it and embrace it, in some with
immediacy and in others kicking and screaming all the way. It comes to
each of us when we are sufficiently capable of realizing it. It
insistetly demands submission of ego and the opening of the heart
chakra. It does nothing automatically it just intensifies the joy of
making choices for the heart and against fear, and compounds the pain of
doing the opposite. People can awaken K and resist the processes that k
demands, to their peril. Yet they do. And people can achieve
enlightenment by submitting to their divine energy so completely that
their increased divinic energy flow occurs witghout many symptoms of K.
But I believe the energy asssociated with K is inherent in awakening and
enlightenment because conscious awareness of the Transcendent requires
operating at a higher energy frequency.

Hi,

This makes perfect sense, that stripping away unconscious layers of
personality, healing emotions etc. until there's nothing left would mean
a person would get back to their true enlightened being. From reading
Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now and Byron Katie's Loving What Is, this
is what I thought enlightenment meant.

But, how does Kundalini fit into this? Does active kundalini
automatically cause the release of negative emotions, etc. until a
person becomes awakened?

Can someone have awakened kundalini but not be enlightened? Can a
person be enlightened without awakened kundalini?

What about people like Eckhart Tolle who went through years of
depression and suicidal thoughts and then awoke one morning to find that
suddenly all their emotional issues had gone and they were left in a
state of bliss -- is this a result of kundalini?
