hi lyndon,
yes i think that we go back to our pure selves..i too have read eckhart tolles works along with wayne dyer, deepak chopra and caroline myss'es stuff..really they all say the same thing underneath their individual style of delivery.

i know that when the kundalini happened to me i was not enlightened as such..ofcourse i have always been more aware but not so greatly that i was beyond my ego or seeing us all as one all of the time..even now i am not there and still associate myself with my physical life and situations..i'm not always present and i get depressed still..but
i think the kundalini comes in to push out some of the damage we collect from our life, unblocking as it goes although we still have to do some work to grow.

after all we could never move forward without digging deep inside ourselves..so the kundalini maybe isnt there to do it all for us..?

perhaps it just wakes us up..shakes us a little and sometimes shakes us roughly when we are so deeply asleep.

my ego is still standing in the way of things somewhat..for the idea of silent stillness seems a tad bit boring..and osho references about becoming nothing...makes my ego shout out..i wanna be something..to be honest i think its too beyond us to properly describe that place we call nirvana..because it doesnt explain properly what silence really is..

have you noticed that when you really get silence in your life its not silent atall?
more like a low vibration?
ad once you tune into that and get good at it..you can still hear it when a cars engine vrooms by..its still there...and after you tune in to that silence..theres something hidden under it...another vibration lower still....in the stillness....and once you get in there you have pure bliss but its far from nothingness i think we just cant explain it...like space we say its full of space...meaning nothing...voidness...but really its packed full of particles and nebula..

theres really no such thing as nothing is there...?
blessings,
Chelle x
