Hi Guy,

So used to thinking it seems strange to go without.

Catching the pause between the thoughts and waiting in absence of anything.

I find my mind moves with my breath. So I stop to breathe and my thoughts
cease.

But without any discipline I find myself breathing without my asking.

Waking the serpents into my third eye and crown seems to help alleviate the
'tick-tock' thinking of my feeble mind.

Sex is one way to do this. Sex isn't fun when I'm thinking about it.

The rest is giving up the desire to think. The desire to know.

I heard my dad calling 'you must think more'.. Actually I think he was
wrong. I must think less.

School was telling me I was intelligent but this intelligence didn't do much
except make me feel it was important to be successful. Other people may have
felt intelligence was something valuable. Of course the real wisdom is
beyond my mind of grasping for understanding and knowledge. Why couldn't
school teach me this. There is nothing ... worth knowing.

These days I quite fancy being a monkey hanging out in the trees.
