Hi Susan,

Thanks for your reply. What you're saying really agrees with my experience.
My Mother has had fibro for some time as well, I know several women who have
severe FMS also, and it has occurred to me that this is in fact, the effect
of blocked Kundalini... I've been concerned that I was developing this same
condition (I have always had alot of muscle and connective tissue stiffness,
just not debilitating pain at this point). So I'm very grateful that my
body seems to be finding a different path, so to speak, in dealing with the
K energy.

I have long been involved in alternative therapies and healing, so I do have
various avenues of support in helping my body (on all the various levels) to
accommodate increasing levels of Kundalini flow... In fact, I had been
doing some acupuncture and Chinese herbs recently, and I feel that may have
had a part in helping the energy to rise more freely instead of staying
stuck in my lower body.

Thanks again,

Sundari

>>>>>Hi Sundari,

Giving soft whacks behind the knees is an energy release point. So is in
the fold of the groin where the hip meets the thigh. (More pressure
applied here than behind the knees.)

Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are commonly reported in K survivors. I
wonder if it is more so than in the general population. My teaching
partner, Glenn, and I wonder if it is not a symptom of severe chi
exhaustion.

We experimented on my mother when she came to visit. She has had fibro
for almost 15 years and only gets relief with prednisone and some
tranquilizers. Glenn and I gave her a shaktipat massage. For two weeks
after she had daily diarrhea. She said she didn't think anything really
happened but she wanted us to do it again. ;>

As kundalini moves through the body it begins to "rewire" the nervous
system to handle more high voltage. Kundalini has been measured as a
voltage wave up the spine. Also when we 'feel' the snake like presence
of shakti moving through the room this is also a voltage wave. She is
Energy after all. :)

Since energy can't move through tense places, physical, emotional or
otherwise, anything we can do to loosen ourselves up helps. This would
mean anything from stretching and breathing exercises, the services of a
good healer like a chiropractor, massage therapist, and an acupuncturist
and even more helpful an enlightened transpersonal therapist or
spiritual counselor. Before I or Glenn give Shaktipat, either
individually or together, we do a meridian massage first. It helps
prepare the body for receiving Shakti. We also look inside the body to
see where the blocks are to concentrate on dissolving them. It is good
to develop your own healing team through this process to help nurture
you in your adventure.

As the blocks where ever they are manifesting dissolve kundalini can
move more freely and bliss follows behind.

Drink lots of water, half your weight (pounds) in fluid ounces every
day. It provides a greater conductivity for the energy to flow and it
keeps you from burning out your immune system. Keep your tongue up to
the roof of your mouth cause it keeps the energy from accumulating in
your head and facilitates flow throughout your whole body. And think
positive thoughts that make you smile. It really does help.

Namaste,
Susan
