Hi,

Just a quick question. I'm experiencing all kinds of weird things lately,
and each day is a new experience. It's as-if my body is executing a pre-set
program to modify my body in some way. One day I might have lots of energy
moving up my body, the next day I might find myself shaking and feeling weak
with a strong pressure on the top of my head. I do my best not to interpret
these expereinces but to allow my body to what it needs to do -- whether
this is the most effective way of dealing wiht things or not I do not know,
but it seems that whatever is happenign is just happening by itself even
without my conscious intervention.

My question though: - I've felt these changes occuring for about the past
two weeks. I haven't actually felt energy move up my spine, it feels as
though it's moving up the front of my body.. into my stomach, chest, throat,
head. But recently I've started to notice pains in my back. Kind of a
dull ache at increasingly higher points in my back. And for the first time
today, I managed to relax enough to allow whatever is happening to just
happen without excessive stomach cramps or overbreathing etc. Also, I don't
feel any energy being released from my head and occasionally I have a
throbbing head, when the energy seems to build up too much.

Does this energy ever subside? How long typically does it take to do
whatever it needs to do? How long typically until a person starts to feel a
state of bliss, oneness with the universe etc?

Best Regards,
L
