Why bother even debating this stuff? It's pure mind activity! Why not
just accept what is? That is, that often people experience a spiritual
transformation that appears to be brought about by a release of something
which is commonly known as Kundalini energy release. Why complicate
matters
any further than this, where will it get you?

I must admit that I'm experiencing the same kind of transformation right
now
and it's pretty intense. And it's quite fun watching my mind trying to
interpret and understand this phenomenon in a thousand and one ways. But,
surprisingly, this process seems to occur in spite of my incessant and
unnecessary mind activity. It's clear that my mind (the part of me that is
responding to your post) is not controlling this process, and truthfully
has
no idea what is happening, but it feels like a profoundly positive thing
that is occurring. The only real conscious conclusion I can ever come to
about any of this is "I really don't have a clue"

Your mind wants to understand and interpret so that it feels that is has
some control. But perhaps this is the very thing stopping us from
experiencing life in that state of blissful harmony that others talk about.
Although, in truth, I really don't know for sure, and this is just a hunch,
but I'm open to the fact that I may be completely wrong. Are you?
