 Thanks for your support folks,

The pressure is there all the time now, and increases sometimes, like a few
minutes ago when I was browsing a website -- so there isn't alwayas a
correlatoin between meditaiton and pressure in that area. I also seem to
notice a feeling at around my solar plexus area starting to develop. It's
kind of like bursts of energy, that seem to increase when I meditate. I
wonder if this is how chakras were discovered, i.e. in meditation, people
became aware of energy in certain areas of their body and found that there
was generally a correlation between peoples experiences?

My meditation has improved too, I seem to drift into a meditative state
much
easier now and quickly reach the stage where I feel the lower half of my
body is so relaxed i'm not particularly aware of it anymore. Also, I seem
to stay in meditation easily without becoming mentally agitated. Also my
hands seem to go very light and floaty. I assume these are all common
 experiences from meditation.

One thing that does strike me is that in a state of deep meditaion my mind
starts to play around, and I find myself imaging things which I suppose are
quite disturbing, although I'm not particularly disturbed by them. Like,
recently my mind created a scene where I was stood in a room and there was
a
knife trying to attack me, and the more I tried to control it the harder it
got to control, and in the end I kept getting repeatedly stabbed by the
knife. I intepret this as not an awakening psychosis, but my mind
metaphorically representing something, so I try to surrender to it and go
 with the flow.

I also have the experience where I might be sat at my computer desk and I
had a sudden "whooaaaaa!" like a jolt of anxiety and visualise quite
vividly
(in my mind of course -- and I know it's not real) that some great big
soldier or something has just burst through my door. Just strange
intrusive
thoughts like this. My bach is also aching all the time, but this may be
 from mechanical strain.

In terms of chakras, do you notice more of them becoming activitated with
time? Can you reach a stage where you feel energy in all of your chakras?
Can they be intentionally activated? (if that's the right term, of course)

 Best Regards,
 L
