Hillary,
Thank you for your much needed comments.
I think I see the genetic tendencies that I have and I know I had trauma
that I have blocked out of my knowing. How do you deal with blocked abuse
experiences? I have no actual recall of the abuse, but have had dreams that
leave me no doubt as to what has happened to me. Every so often I have
releases over different areas of my body. I'd release all of it NOW if I
knew what it was I was to release. As it is I just get glimpses as to what
happened to me and I cry and release it and go on from there to only have
other releases at a later date.
I suppose that it is coming off slowly layer by layer at a pace that my
emotional/physical body can handle it, but I am perplexed by it's seemingly
hold on my body when I have no recall of it.

There may be genetic tendencies. There may be past trauma. There may
simply be personality "problems" that must be worked through.
