   A few people wrote asking if I would do another class for the folks on
the other side of the planet. I can, perhaps next week. I'm open to
suggestions regarding the time and date. So long as it is not early morning
for me. (3am to noon, PDT.)

    I do not have email addresses for everyone who attended, and some folks
who did not attend have been asking to see the transcript... so I put it on
the web.
