so i must speak frankly
and concretely here

no music in my voice
no color in my tone

just black 'n white
like a nigger
and a racist.

I have so much to give
and the very little
I can muster
is but illusion

so god forgive me
any sense of rhythm
or intuition

for that may come across
as too artsy

I am a musician
and a vocalist
first and foremost
in this world

thirdly
I am poet

but in a realm such as this
what is a poor sap like me to do...?


My left brain muscle
is

perfect

while

my insight shines

like gods


oh well


In the world of social spheres

I'm a used clown
that gets asked out alot

(for selfish purposes, yes I am aware)

Being popular
is not anything
anyone does purposely

I've got gold,
but you like my copper

so be it

shallow
seeking one...
