Subject: RE: [K-list] Hot potato causing burnout?

Hello Rich

Is it possible that what you describe as burnout could simply be momentary
tiredness after releasing? From the way you describe your experience to me,
it sounds like you released something that had caused you a lot of strain
before.

I've noticed myself that after strong releasing, surrendering or increase in
activity, there often follows a period of weariness. I've often felt it as
the body and mind "catching up" to what just happened, becoming accustomed
with the new/different flow of energy that wasn't there before. Those things
tend to pass on their own pretty soon. =) The body seems to adjust in form
of things such as tiredness and achiness, and the mind in form of emptiness
or depression (Or emptiness mistaken as depression, heh) Kinda like a void
is created where the old stuff was. =)

That's my own experience on the matter
With love
Gustaf
