You actually can junk most of it, as it comes up. "Goddess take it"
surrender. A tiny percentage of stuff needs to be conscious, so you can
recognize your patterns and choose to change, but most stuff doesn't need
to be identified any more than it takes to be able to to mentally point to
it when you say "Goddess take *this*."
You cannot dump all your karma at once because you might go crazy at the
extreme shift of consciousness, and because every bit is there because of
some decision you made in the past, and those free will decisions have to
be reversed.
Most stuff though, "Goddess take it", then a deep breath, like a sigh
of release and move on, shift your attention to something else because
Goddess takes it when you are not looking... attention= attachment. Too
much digging through the garbage only feeds the ego's desire to understand
and compartmentalize.
In an average session maybe 20% of the stuff cleared needs to be
identified so there can be a conscious choice to respond differently in the
future... but the rest is cleared as abstract shapes, patterns of tension,
etc. No need to know what it is.
