Sorry no one has responded to your dream, Shawn. Surely there are some
Jungians out there?
Somewhere in my library there is a reproduction of a medieval woodcut
showing an adept in his study. He succeeds in poking his head out of the
bubble of this world and looks in amazement at the cosmic firework display
out there.

It seems to me that you have been given the same glimpse of reality and the
puckish fairie (an aspect of you or your soul?) then lets the curtain drop.
A positive dream confirming the illusion of this world and you have to take
seriously the advice that the time has come.

The rising and the setting suns or the awakening and going to sleep, can
provide a window for a glimpse of the other. It was in the utter still of
the sunset in the Himalayas that the rippling thunder of the Aum came to me.

My wife and I start our meditation with the prayer:
"From the unreal, lead us to the real
>From the dark, guide us out into the light ..."
