Hello, I'm new to Kundalini and have a question. I have been
experiencing energy jolts, they are quite intense and come whenever they
please,
which is quite embarrassing at times. I have read a few things and am
starting to get worried, what is happening and what do I do?
Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.
