That's exactly it, like reaching the apex of everything, crossing the point
of no return, then suddenly realising I've been here before.

We are moving in ever decreasing circles, who knows how long we enjoy the
ride, till this magic roundabout comes to a stop.

Something springs to mind from star wars, "you must unlearn what you have
learned", I wonder if this is what is happening.

I know lately this question keeps popping into my head - What now?

I haven't been feeling the energy coming up so much, it seems to be mostly
moving in my crown, sometimes third eye. One day it seemed the energy in the
crown expanded into a blinding white light.

Then, I also have experienced a sense of sadness, not feeling all the
intensity as before, coming up the spine. One gets used to drama :) he he

Another day it felt like my heart center just exploded like a star. That was
cool!

But what Mystress said about it coming back down makes sense. Maybe that's
why I'm dealing with some of the things coming up now. In one way, it feels
like I'm going backward. I don't know. At this point, I'm a little confused
or lost about what is really happening!
