Hi My Great Friends,

We have been talking about duality and that is something I wrote about in my early twenties when I did not know what it meant. Now, after many years of reading, meditating, and in bliss most of time, especially lately! I wanted to share this poem because non duality is really the goal. Here it is: Hope you like it. This poem is from my first book of poetry called:
"Thought plus Thought Equal Universe"

DUALITY
Controversy seems part of life
for in our profundity we are cut
but twice.
The point is not to argue with the two sides
but
try to bring concordance
to the double-edged sword
of our lives.
Two entities tearing
deep within us
one is tired and fearful.
The other fearless
with energy and ability.
The duality is risky
since they emulate
to dilute
the sharp clarity
of isolated goals.
Alliance of the paired images
should be the outcome,
so our aim may be established.

I hope you don't mind another question.

Does this mean it will move back down through all the chakras and end in the root?

Thanks

Mara

YES!
On the way up it opens the spiritual centers, to eventually give you an
experience of nonduality. On the way down it clears out the lower, duality
based chakras to integrate the experience of nonduality (out of body) into
the daily physical, embodied life.

The road back down is arguably more challenging, only made easier
because the path up has accustomed one to odd experiences, and the
importance of surrender.
