Hopefully this might answer your question and grotweeds earlier, I have for
awhile now had the suspicion that my energy is coming back down, mainly
because whatever I was doing in the past in no longer working. As an
automatic thing I used to push up from the back of my spine, just behind the
sacral and get a showering effect, I also started developing intuition about
when people are thinking of me, seeing chakras rotating auras and whatever I
didn't really go into what I can do, they all seemed like party tricks,
apart from one thing, I was able to just by thought alone move k up other
peoples spines, clear some blockages in the spinal column and start them
showering too, as I said that has changed now I find I am pushing energy
down from my throat to my heart and getting the same showering, I am also
feeling a tightening around a chakra called the wishing tree located just
above the solar plexus, on this chakra I have a mole which I believe is my
final obstacle before I push all the way down the front, I have also
experienced a liquid dropping down the front of my chakras this I believe
connected them all in the back, but now I must repeat the process to connect
them all in the front and have the liquid drop down again. I am also finding
that I am starting to affect people just by being in the vicinity of them,
the worst incident of this was when I made about 50-60 people in a cinema
start to cough and sneeze just by focussing on my throat, really I have no
idea what is going on, I usually observe and make a note of it to
investigate when I have more facts and continue what I am doing, the
practise just seem to come into my head, like the one I have been doing for
the last week which is pushing energy down from the throat to the heart,
which is causing my solar plexus to burn like a slow fire. The switch
happened shortly after what I thought was my sacral getting pierced, I had
been hearing a high pitched ting for weeks and my sacral had been getting
tighter and tighter and then suddenly I felt a great release of energy from
there and a state which can only be described as no mind, although this only
lasted for a short time, it did not matter to me when it was gone.
All I have are my observations as reference to what's happening, I am not
sure if we all experience the same effects, or more likely different ones
based on the blockages we have in our systems.

Does this mean it will move back down through all the chakras and end in the
root?

YES!
On the way up it opens the spiritual centers, to eventually give you an
experience of nonduality. On the way down it clears out the lower, duality
based chakras to integrate the experience of nonduality (out of body) into
the daily physical, embodied life.
The road back down is arguably more challenging, only made easier
because the path up has accustomed one to odd experiences, and the
importance of surrender.
