Thanks Gustaf,

I started going to acupuncture a while ago, that has helped quite a lot, too. Plus, I joined an exercise club last week, they teach yoga and I will probably sign up for this, so I am on my way to complete recovery but I will follow-up with the test for the doctor's sake and myself, just to prove I am fine...
Thanks,
Love,
Adriana

Dear Adriana,

I think this doctor is doing what he knows is right with the truth he lives
in and the knowledge that he has.. He is trying to do his job and help out
the best he can. It's alright, let him keep looking. It's not going to hurt
you if he keeps looking..

But don't allow yourself to have your hope, the miracles happening to you
and the positive experiences and thinking be ripped out from under you. Not
from your doctor, not from anybody else. Just because he is doing his job
trying to help you as much as he can doesn't mean that you have to adapt the
way you see things to his. Listening to him is good enough.

You can stand on your own, be open to the divine in you. Heck, even if the
experiences you have had are not K activation, you have by coming here, by
broadening your horizon opened yourself up to new, divine experiences.. Now,
my intuition tells me that your experiences are not all related to sickness.

I would also recommend you getting in touch with more alternative forms of
healing (unless you already have).. Find a good teacher in yoga, tantra,
reiki or chi-gong. That doesn't mean you have to give up your doctor's
visits. He may still have important things to tell you and do for you. But
it is not all of it, far from.

A big problem within the western medicine community is that they teach us to
-identify- with sickness, create the idea of the body and sickness as
something permanent, an entity, rather than processes. He tells you. "You
are sick" Then you say. "I am sick" "I am sick" is a good way of placing
that illness right at the center of our being, making sure we hold on to it,
grab on to it with everything we got. Even worse is making an estimation
based on statistics.. "You have no more than one more year to live".. If we
take that to our heart, it may very well become the truth, even if it
originally wasn't.. Or "This illness is incurable" That's a good way of
stating that their way is the only way, and since they haven't found
anything, it can't be cured. Spirituality, inner healing and miracles is
just bogus. In a medical world that has such incredible miracles, that can
replace hearts! Remove tumours from our bodies, even our brains, that can
monitor almost every imaginable physical body function.. In this world of
miracles they have forgotten about the miracles of the human being. We are
not permanent lumps of flesh, but beautiful, advanced and amazing processes
that changes every minute.. Human life is a transformation at all times.
Life and death in every moment.

Ok.. Getting a little bit carried away.. But the essence of what I am saying
is.. Listen to your doctor, let him run some tests, but don't identify with
his sphere of truth.. Stay in your own.. Expand it..

There is a woman in the same yoga-teacher's group as mine, and she has just
started to hold classes with yoga for fibromyalgia! She has fibromyalgia as
well, and she has amazed both herself and others in her way of dealing with
it.. She has a doctor, of course, but she works with it in more than one
way.

I believe you.

Sincerely
Gustaf
