I´ve gone (and I´m still going ... ) through a lot of mental confusion. I
don´t think it´s something final, I mean, k leads you to a state where you
can think easily being it abstract ot technic. You are just leaded to a
state of easy concentration and focus. But until you come there a lot of
things have to fix. It´s not something easy to explain, but it is related
with studying and thinking at the proper time respecting the moments of rest
and relax of your mind. At the end, you are able, and you do practically the
same, but with another tempo.
In my case I studied Mathemathics. These last two years I´ve been
completely disconnected from it as my mind have been very turbid. But I see
that now I´m slowly coming back to it, first remenber this and the other,
later reading here and there ... but now there´s a great percentage of
curiosity and thirst for knowledge instead of self-pressure to achive
objetives.
My advice is always the same, don´t fight with yourself and wait until
this fog slowly fade away. It can seem imposible at the time but remember
that your brain and body are making all they can to heal that, and they are
the wisest in the room by far. :)
