Also, if you learn the body rotation yourself, you can do it with the
intention of falling asleep. The body rotation is actually deviced to shut
down the external input to the brain, just like in sleep, a state called
Pratyahara (sense withdrawal) It's a really nice form of concious sleeping,
too. =)
