Hi, I'm new to the list, and was delighted to read about the blue lights others see. Sometimes I see them when I least expect them, and not always as part of meditating. I can be watching tv, or reading a book in bed. They are often accompanied by white lights, too. I usually taken them to be a signal that my thought is on the right track, and often, they have come as as a sign of reassurance. They do grow in size from a full flash the size of a head to a small dot. Now I accept them as part of everyday experience, I'm not longe scared of them...I like the idea of it being a portal to one's own higher consciousness...
