There are many feelings,
Most of them based on fear.
Its happened I'm worrying about it why it happened,
Its happening I'm worrying about the consequences,
Its going to happen I'm worrying about the consequences,
It might happen I'm worrying,
Some of them not,
Its going to happen, I know it will.

There is perhaps one mindset we sometimes overlook,
whatever happens I will be ready.

Um, I get bored of this, it is like chicken little
"The sky is falling, the sky is falling."

"Things are changing, things are changing."

Big letdown on the millennium predictions,
"Things are changing, things are changing."

Before that it was planetary ascending vibrations, and the lightships
that never showed up...
"Things are changing, things are changing."

Skip back a bit, to the 80's and the "Harmonic convergence..."
"Things are changing, things are changing."

Check in on the 70's, David Bowie singing "Changes" for all the punk
boys who sang
"Things are changing, things are changing."

Never mind the 60's and the whole "Age of Aquarius" thing and the
moon rockets...
"Things are changing, things are changing."

50's sci fi predictions were fun, but hey where is my jet pack and my
robot maid?
"Things are changing, things are changing."

40's, world war and then postwar boom...
"Things are changing, things are changing."

Thirties, great depression. Twenties, flappers dump the corsets and
there are airplanes and motorcars, oooh ahhh! Darwin, the Industrial
revolution, the Renaissance, the Black plague, the rise and fall of Rome,
iron age, ice age, ... I bet when the meteor hit, the dinosaurs said to
each other

"Things are changing, things are changing."

Things are always changing, change is the only constant. Each
particle, each galaxy in the universe does a spiral dance that leads it to
someplace slightly different than the cycle before, in space-time.

"Things are changing, things are changing."

Will always feel resonant, true because it is always true, and that is
the only thing that doesn't change.

Earth gains weight to the tune of about 500 tons per day, eating space
dust and meteors. The whole cosmic dance of sky, is falling through
nothingness, pulled by spin and gravity, and us along with it. Clouds turn
to rain, and fall...

""Things are changing, the sky is falling."

So. chicken little gets to always be right, too.
