Yoga Nidra is a form of relaxation and meditation that is very simple. =) It
was created by Swami Satyananda, combining his own tecnique with an ancient
Tantric practice of rotating the conciousness throughout the body. All you
have to do is to lay down on your back and follow the instructions.. It's a
form of awareness meditation, so you don't have to focus or concentrate in
any form.. I have recorded two different ones (With my own voice! So those
who want to know what I sound like now has a chance to do so)

All thanks to Ranbir Singh for helping me out with the space to put them on!

1. Yoga Nidra with breathing.. This is a good relaxation with deep breathing
awareness. It can be very, very relaxing. It also works with balancing
polarities with manifesting an experience of heaviness, then lightness..
Try it out!

2. Yoga Nidra with Chakra awareness.. This version includes a meditation on
the chakras (In the traditional yoga way) learning to locate them,
clean/energize them, and go deep into them by visualizing the psychic
symbols that represent them..
