Basically I have been working a lot with my lower chakras/aspects lately, as
they have been very neglected earlier in my life. I made it into a sadhana
to pay more attention to the material world (not become more attached, just
pay more attention to it), let go of material worries, accept my sexuality
as it is, including the issues I am having.

As in direct practices I have done some moola bandha (root lock) as part of
my daily yoga practice, this bandha works on the root knot.

Those are the things I have been doing, but to be honest, even though I know
all those things surely has an effect on it, I believe it has to do with
readiness.. It has been a time in my life when I felt it is simply time to
integrate spirit with body, both ways, up and down, and not neglect or avoid
either, and when that readiness is there, Goddess responds accordingly. =)

Om namah shivaya
Gustaf

How long does it take to break a knot, I believe your root knot is
completely clear now.

Subject: [K-list] Very interesting dream

Hello!

Of course I have a lot of interesting dreams, but this one had so much
interesting stuff related to k and chakras so I thought it would be fun
to
share it.

In the first part of the dream I observe myself laying down on the
ground,
face down, while a blonde amazon woman stands over me and repeatedly
stabs
me right behind the navel with a long spear, with the feeling of
constantly
"piercing me with it" It's not painful at all, for some reason.

In the second part of the dream I arrive at an ashram here in Sweden
where
I've been before, planning my "escape" Funny to arrive deliberately to a
place to plan the escape from it. I arrive with two others by parachute
on a
field outside. Once inside, the Swami who runs the ashram gives us
different
tasks for Karma yoga, Mine is to clean the yards outside and I am for
some
reason given an old car to do this. Maybe the swami has something to do
with
the escape too, that would be yet more bizarre. I take the car and dig
it
down in an old collapsed hut in the forest, as it will become useful for
later.

The next scene was a short period of people singing to kirtans on tape,
and
I was bringing them drums.

The third scene I am in my old childhood home, now with the walls
painted
red, looking out at the kitchen, where a woman I know from the yoga
teachers-training program is, together with a man who is already done
with
it. She looks up at me and says. "Tell me the qualities of the color
red" I
respond. "Red can stand for passion, intense emotions, anger, and also
of
the heart" (I think I listed more things but I can't remember them now)
She nodded at me, and then held out to me the book "Kundalini Tantra"
and
said "Where can I found out more about the color red in this book?" I
told
her "Look up the chapter about Mooladhara chakra"

The fourth scene: I'm at a concert, where this lady is going to perform
playing the trombone. She is quite heavy, and looks tired and not very
happy. She stands up on the scene and is about to start playing when she
suddenly puts down the trombone and says "I am not going to play until
you
show me honor and respect me for who I am" At this moment, everybody in
the
audience goes up to her and does so, opening their hearts, giving her
all
honor and respect.. I am now observing her as this happens. Her at first
dull clothes become more colorful, she still stays heavy, but in a much
more
firm, lively and pleasing manner, and even her face started to bloom
with
more color (I think it did at least) At this point, she is sitting with
her
back to the audience, and a man from there is talking, while the rest
"give
her honor" "Look here, your mooladhara chakra is completely awake
now...
>From here it moves up and transforms into mental energy which affects
you..
" All this comes up on a board, and then I find myself talking as well.
"If
you have a dream, or a vision, then it's Ajna working.. Now, Vishuddi..
"
Here I stop myself. "Never mind, I am no chakra expert, you go ahead"
The
lady then turns, and stands up, and starts playing the trombone. Only a
few
notes..

Any interpretations? To me personally it feels, corresponding with
last
two months or so, finding a lot more grounding in my energies, and the
trombone player becoming honored and happy is indeed a nice wakeup call.
