eh-once i couldn't sleep, yet my mind was quiet, so somewhere between me and
the people i was talking to in my head, we decided to meditate. i went
into meditation alll night long-8 hours of peace, just breathing and
occasionall visualizing-usually i try to visualize silly things, like what
it'd be like to be a frog-this makes me happy...anywhoo..when i got out of
bed, i was sooo peacefull and relaxed that i kind of just slipped into a
state of great appreciation. i appreciated everything! the t.v. and how
crazy it is, how they can broadcast strange shows, and profit from it, i
appreciated the light on the carpet, the sun, red things, blue things,
appreciated myself as well, t'was an amazing state of mind, and i was very
much connected to myself, i knew what i wanted, what i liked, why i liked
it, that i could get it, and i knew people were all loved..and loved even in
a very senceable...i don't really know, but maybe the only reason we're not
always in enlightenment is because we're holding onto all this negativity we
pick up from modern day human life? anyway
