yah, it seems as if things have already turned around, i think it was all
just to prepair me for moving..looking back, it seems like i wanted that
painfull negative experiance, it kinda got me settled, i'm no longer worried
if i get enough sleep or not-you could say its easier to trust now for some
reason?


anyway, enlisties, i am in the process of moving so i will be placing myself
on the digest only list er else my mail box will be filled very quickly---so
if there's anything important for me, ye can send it manually
