I thought "soo" was with the in breath and "ham" with the out breath? At
least that's the way I was taught when I learned Ajapa Japa (Which is the
breath of prana in the spinal passage) But maybe this is another way of
doing it =)

With love
Gustaf

For anyone who feels like there k is not active anymore or there energy
is
sluggish, Make sure you are getting enough prana into your system, i.e
breathing.

Breath in for at least 16 counts, all the way down to the root, till k
gets
enough prana to move, it sounds like ham on the in breath, and sa on the
out
breath.

Symbolically you are breathing in fresh life, and then releasing old
life
through the spine.
