Dear Marion,

Well, I think it is related. I tend to call this Prana because it can be
controlled. Nice though! :)) I make the distinction between controlled
energy--Prana, Reiki, etc. and Kundalini which is more cosmic and comes unannounced
and unbidden! Sometimes the distictions get blurry.
