How are you managing with your CFS?
I have discovered I am much better if I am incredibly careful what I eat and
for me that means high fruit and veg and low carb and no wheat, gluten or
dairy stuff or additives. It leads to more energy and better mobility. I do
miss cheese though :(
Being on that diet has quickly led to a delightful new development in the K
activity and I have lately had orgasmic type sensations in one chacra or
another for much of each day and I am beginning to feel it simultaniously in
several of my chacras, even in minor chacras such as the palm of the hands.
I just wonder if the CFS is a result of some fine tuning by K that leaves
one much more vulnerable if not catering for the increased sensitivity. That
is only a guess though...

When I am awake it is voluntary. But at night I do stop breathing frequently
and have to sleep with a positive airway pressure machine to keep my
windpipe open so I can breath. This problem developed when I had my metal
fillings removed - I had a lot and although I had the amalgam removed
carefully with a protective rubber dam and also only one filling removed a
month, each time one was removed the sleep apnea got worse. Homeopathy
seems to be helping. Reading the 'Question for K-List' post, about mercury
poisoning and K was interesting, is it another example of increased
sensitivity? or is linked to throat chacra blocks I have been battling with?

I agree it must be psychic phenomena, but where does the energy for it come
from I wonder? Does the K arise from the same source or does it provide the
energy?

I find this extremely interesting! How did you come across them? Can you
recall anything they taught you?
