Subject: RE: [K-list] telepathic/empathic experiences, exercises

I did not know the name for picking up negativity (unspoken judgements?) but
know I see it is called empathic experiences. This has really been an item
for me for a long time. It led me to a position of: I do not meet others
requirements because it was like I could feel (not knowing why) every
negative thought projected to me. It kept me away from accepting myself as
being good as I am and I am still dealing with it - but it is moving. After
reading ' your life is in your chakra's' I got the impression that my
throat chakra and my power chakra got blocked because of this. It is still
difficult for me to distinct whether I am projecting someting to someone
else (they do not accept me as I am) from picking up negative thoughts and
other peoples projections. This can make me insecure...but I am more than
willing to work on this. Feels like I am starting to be able to see these
things as 'energies' that I can work and play with - not only being
subjective to them like a prisoner.

Thank you for bringing up this subject, I would like to explore this and
healing exercises with this list
